This antique French limestone octagon was salvaged from an old manor home that resided in the French countryside.  It's surface texture reveals centuries of wear, where weathered boots made their marks, surely after walks in the woods.  The limestone colors are warmer French greys with touches of olive and cream - enhancing it's historic aesthetic.  Offset in contrast by the richer, dark gray antique French terra cotta tile cabochon, it's a geometric balance of color and form that holds the eye.  Definitely a showpiece for one's home - bringing the elegant, French countryside...stateside.

Cleaning and Maintenance:  Vacuum, then clean with Black Soap (Savon Noir) to disinfect, maintain, protect and enhance patina.
